Payment Methods

Activation and Subscription Fees: Payment is required in advance before the activation of the service. This includes both monthly and annual subscription options.
Annual Subscription: Payment for annual subscriptions must be made via bank transfer.

Payment Terms

Exclusion of Taxes: All listed prices do not include taxes.

Billing Cycle: Billing occurs on the first day of each month.

Annual Subscription Discount: Subscribers of the annual plan receive a discount equivalent to 2 months.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued in cases of a technical malfunction on the part of Message Square that prevents access to the platform for more than 7 working days.

Subscription Start Date: Subscriptions can begin on any day of the month. For the first month, the charge will be prorated based on the days of usage.

Non-Payment: Service will be discontinued 7 days after an unpaid invoice is issued.

General Conditions

System Management: A designated person must manage the system and distribute permissions.
User Responsibility: Users must adhere to all WhatsApp and Meta rules and policies.
API Connection: If connected via API, the system can handle one request per second.
Customization: Chatbots are custom-built and modified by the BusinessChat team to meet customer specifications.

Customer Support: Inquiries are responded to within one working day, and technical issue resolutions begin immediately.

Restrictions on use

By using Message Square, you agree that :

You will not use Message Square to impersonate any individual or entity.

You will not use Message Square for spamming, phishing or any similar activity.

You will not use Message Square for collecting data about minors without obtaining the consent of their parent(s) or their guardian.

You will not use Message Square for collecting information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

You will not use Message Square for selling, promoting or distributing illegal and/or counterfeit products.

You will not use Message Square for sending communications relating to cryptocurrency, including but not limited to initial coin offering, cryptocurrency mining or cryptocurrency wallet.

You will not transmit or publish any content that contain any malicious codes, viruses, malware or any other similar software or programs that will damage or limit the operation of any computer or telecommunication device.

You will not transmit or publish any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

You will not transmit or publish any content that is pornographic and/or obscene.

You will not use Message Square for transmitting or publishing any pirated content.

You will not transmit or publish any content that is unlawful, illegal, hateful, promotes racism or promotes discrimination or hatred based on ethnicity.

You will not transmit or publish any material that defames, abuses, harasses, stalks, threatens or otherwise violates privacy and other legal rights of others.

You will not transmit or publish any content that violates any applicable local, state, national or international laws.

You will not transmit or publish any content that is considered as confidential and/or personal information belonging to any person or entity without obtaining prior consent of the concerned individual or entity.

You will not transmit or publish any content that is used for scamming purposes such as pyramid scheme, click fraud or get-rich-quick scheme.

You will not transmit or publish any content that promotes dangerous and illegal activities.

You will not use Message Square for generating unnatural traffic.

You will not create a load on Message Square’s servers or abuse Message Square’s bandwidth.

You will not interfere with or disrupt the provisioning of Message Square
